Hello, I’m a practitioner and researcher dedicated to supporting children’s nervous system balance and healthy development. I have over 27 years of experience working with health and the human body, beginning with a diploma in dental medicine in 1998 and continuing with further training, including certification in microkinesitherapy in 2025.
I work with children from birth to 9 years old — the years that build the foundation for lifelong health and development.
My work involves supporting both children and their parents, especially mothers, because a child’s well-being grows within the connection they share. Families often come to me when their child experiences restless sleep, teeth grinding, snoring, or concerns related to breathing and facial development.
Through a gentle, holistic, body-based approach, I combine breathing practices, manual body techniques, motor exercises, and neuromuscular work that supports the central nervous system and emotional regulation.
My goal is not only to address symptoms, but to help parents better understand what their child’s body may be expressing and how a child’s environment and sense of safety can influence sleep, breathing, and development.
When we gently support children in their earliest years, we nurture the roots of the life they will grow into — helping them breathe freely, sleep peacefully, and grow into their fullest potential.
