Beginning with my professional background in oral development and wellness education in 1998, I continued my education in breathing awareness and wellness practices. With 25 years of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the connection between breathing, oral development, relaxation, and overall well-being.
I use a gentle, holistic approach combining bodywork, relaxation practices, and breathing awareness to encourage comfort and body awareness.
